happy durian day

Had a nice outing today. Put 3 friends of mine who did not really know one another together and the effect turned out pretty well. I think (hopefully) everyone had a good time. Well, at least 2 of the 3 have said so, so its pretty good I guess. I for one had quite a fun day. It's been a while man. Am soooo gonna miss corie dear.

Anyhoo, got quite a few things done today. Opened my Citibank account and went to Cantonment to get my fingerprinting done as well. The fingerprinting thing is pretty cool. Need to get imprints of all ten fingers lol. and the Cantonment complex has pretty tight security. Had to wear the tag and walk through an electronic scanner and all. Not to mention the gazillion police (duh, its a police station) standing outside.

I don't usually do the blog url thingy but since this document is kinda confidential (I don't even know if it's ok to put it here.. eeps!) so yea, no copying!

After that, met Corine (finally!) at 4pm. We were supposed to meet at 2.30pm. Ate XLBs at Crystal Jade and proceeded to Bugis Village. My fav cheap clothes joint! No pixies cos the items are w miss corie who brought em home. -.-"

So yea, Mr Liew came along to join us. Poor fella, walked with us throughout the whole of Bugis Village. lol. We were joined by Mischy and went to Phin's steakhouse for dinner.

After a bit more walking around, which Mr Liew almost fainted upon hearing, we went for durians! We had durians at the back part of Bugis village which wasn't all that fantastic. This was to the dismay of our durian seller, Mr Liew who insisted that we head to East Coast to have some apparently very yummy durians. So we took a cab and went to this Four Seasons Durian Cafe for MORE durians. Durian Cafe hor, don't play play. lol. Was pretty ok la. Was sooooo full from all the durians. *burps*
