Back from Red Emperor

Red Emperor was okkk... The crabs were a bit disappointing. It was good, but not quite what you would get in Sg. Can't compare I guess.. For me, it was about a 6.5/10

Double boiled soup. Can't rmb what it's called. Contains Dried Longans, Goji seeds and some other herbs. And this thing that looks like dried cuttlefish.
'Singapore Style' Chilli Crabs
So NOT sg style man. wasn't spicy (this was extra spicy mind you) and the gravy was too thick and sweet too.
Roasted Tea Duck
Duck that is infused with tea and served with the bun. Sorta like peking duck but with a smoky taste and served with the "kong bah pau" bun.
