So yes, we had the degustation menu which was bloody awesome. We went with the Chef's “OMAKASE” selection, and at $100/head it wasn't very expensive for the quality and type of food we were having.
First up was the Unagi Canape which usually sells at $12.00/pc.
Grilled Miso marinated eel canapé topped with crab meat and fragrant French black truffle
The truffle was oh-so-bloody good man. and the unagi was really nice and fresh. it was like an explosion of flavour in the mouth. yummmyyyyyyyyy. this was pretty much the highlight for the night.
Golden Perch $12.00/pc
Lightly grilled Miso flavoured perch topped with tomato mousse, foie gras, and roe of perch
This was pretty good too but it was hard to beat the first one. haha.
Assortment of Sashimi
There's salmon, tuna, toro and petit uni (sea urchin).
Wagyu Finger Steak $ 8.50/pc
Petit Wagyu steak wrapped with zucchini topped with foie gras and home made cheese
Alaskan King Crab Tempura

and this of course, was really really good... which resulted in this......

Black sesame with panacotta to make smooth pudding covered with nostalgic soy bean and green tea powder

By this point I was already freakin full but the panacotta was sooooo yum tt i just had to finish it! hehehe
